EQT - Gender Equality Toolkit

EQT is a toolkit designed to spark conversations, challenge gender bias and promote equality in the workplace. It includes a deck of role-playing cards, a handbook and an award-winning infographic poster.

I contributed to the design process from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing, as well as developing illustrations and hand lettering for the toolkit.
